  • However, we can offer you various check-up packages with our hospital network, if you are unable to do so locally.
  • You will be required to pay a percentage of your proposed treatment cost upfront, under the guidelines of the European Union and the USA to be eligible for a medical visa.
  • For other countries, you may not need to pay for the treatment in advance but will be required to pay Mediglobe’s fees for facilitating your treatment and booking other services such as hotels.
  • This will depend on a case-by-case basis and will be discussed with the patient at the appropriate time.
  • Mediglobe works with each patient to design a customised package for their healthcare, keeping in mind their medical condition, financial status, and other factors.
  • Therefore, our charges will vary on a case-by-case basis. The patient will be duly informed of the charges at the time of booking.
  • Mediglobe has a network of 100+ hospitals all over Europe, including in Germany, Spain, France, the Czech Republic, Poland, Greece, Romania, Cyprus, and Italy.

  • Please note that Mediglobe does not provide free treatment to its patients. The treatment costs are decided by our hospital partners, based on the provided medical records.
  • We are not a hospital, but a facilitator. We do not provide treatments or prescribe medication, but simply connect you to a reputed hospital, and plan your entire medical journey.
  • Mediglobe is always looking for partners to help us build the future of medical tourism.
  • If you are a hospital, clinic, wellness centre, individual doctor, or a facilitator, please do email us at info@mediglobe.org, or send a WhatsApp message to +971547049218 with your business’ details, and we will get in touch.
  • The exact nature of the partnership will depend on your business, and how you would like to work with us. Please do contact us for more details.
  • Most countries require patients to obtain a specific medical visa if they are entering a country for treatment. However, this is not necessary for check-ups, aesthetic treatments, or other non-surgical procedures.
  • The process for obtaining a medical visa is slightly more complex, which is where Mediglobe’s team can help. We can help guide you on all the documentation needed, as well as help obtain the medical invitation letter, which is a must for a medical visa.
  • The visa requirements vary from country to country, so Mediglobe works with patients to outline the processes and requirements ensuring that they have the best chance of obtaining the visa.
  • The process for obtaining a medical visa depends on your destination country, and country of origin. Therefore the time and costs will depend entirely on the embassy in question.
  • Mediglobe cannot process the visa for you, this is done solely by the embassy.
  • All our hospital partners will refund the amount paid to the original source account in case a patient’s visa has been rejected.
  • Some hospitals may refund you the full advance, whereas others will deduct administrative and other expenses. This varies from hospital to hospital, and is decided by the hospital and NOT by Mediglobe.
